Course of Action
First, we sign MNDA (Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement) before having a mutual discussion with stakeholders.
After that, we collect information from potential clients and make the appropriate design, and estimate the cost of the plant starts from 50 Tons Per Day (TPD) to 10,000 TPD.
Then, we submit the financial break down and required land proposal to the clients of WTL.
If the clients are satisfied with the proposal, they will send a Letter of Intent (LOI) to WTL.
After reviewing the LOI, WTL will send Letter of Acceptance (LOA) to the respective clients with terms and conditions and will sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on further requirements.
If required a physical inspection of the landfill will be carried out with the municipal authority to inspect the existing dumping facilities, quality or quantity of waste material, stocks, nature of waste, and waste collection for the lab.
Furthermore, we also get involved with local universities and sign Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for technical and internship support for the plants and make separate contracts with them if necessary.
Besides that, we also arrange visits to our USA plant or nearest fully running plant for a proper understanding of the entire process and training of the staffs.
Then, we sign the agreement or contract through mutual discussion with the clients. We also form Joint Venture (JV) if necessary.
Subsequently, the plants and machinery manufacturing process starts after receiving a Letter of Credit (LOC).
WTL will start commercial production after obtaining all the necessary licenses.
Finally, WTL will submit the schedule and project time in detail, and the process will be continued.
